Yes, the withdrawal process at ab11 is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requests made after midnight or on Fridays and Saturdays are generally processed within one hour. This applies to all methods — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket.
The minimum withdrawal amount at ab11 is ৳500. The system will not accept requests below this amount. So make sure your balance is ৳500 or more before withdrawing. The minimum deposit limit is ৳300.
No, for security reasons withdrawals can only be sent to the payment number registered under the account holder's name. The funds will go to the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket number linked to the Bangladeshi mobile number on your account. Sending to a third party's number is not possible.
Pending means the request has been successfully submitted and is being processed. The money usually arrives within one hour. If the status has still not updated after that, contact ab11 support via live chat and they will look into it right away.
For a bank transfer withdrawal, your correct bank details (account number, bank name, and branch) must be saved in your account beforehand. Major Bangladeshi banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank are supported. Requests can be made from a minimum of ৳500.

Each week, a set percentage of your net loss is automatically returned to your balance. It is calculated based on activity from Monday to Sunday and added at the start of the following week. The cashback amount depends on your VIP tier.
There are four VIP tiers at ab11: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback. The higher the tier, the greater the benefits.

Decimal odds show your total return, not just the profit. For example, odds of 2.50 mean you get back ৳250 for every ৳100 bet (profit ৳150). The higher the odds, the lower the chance of winning — but the payout is larger if you do win. In a Bangladesh vs India match, for example, the odds for each team will differ.
Yes, ab11 offers in-play or live betting. During the match, odds change continuously and new markets open — such as who will take the next wicket or how many runs will be scored in this over. Live betting calls for quick decision-making.
In an accumulator or "parlay" bet, multiple selections are combined. The odds of each selection are multiplied together, so the total odds can be very large and a small bet can result in a big win. However, all selections must be correct — one wrong pick and you lose the entire bet.
