To open an account and use services on the ab11 platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for those aged 21 and above only).
• You must be accessing from a country or region where this type of online gaming activity is not prohibited.
• You have the full legal capacity to understand and comply with these Terms.
• ab11 may request the necessary documents for age or identity verification at any time.

Operating an account on behalf of anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited, and in such cases ab11 may immediately close the account and forfeit the balance.

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful, and complete.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential.
• Sharing your account with a third party is not permitted.
• Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported to ab11 immediately.

The following Bangladeshi payment methods can be used to deposit funds at ab11:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. Only payment methods registered in your own name are permitted — deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings or account balance:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• If incorrect market odds are displayed due to a technical error, ab11 reserves the right to void that bet.

• ab11 reserves the right to set limits on any bet.

Either the member or ab11 may close an account:

• At the member's request: A member may request account closure at any time by emailing [email protected]. Pending withdrawals and any unsatisfied bonus conditions will result in those funds not being paid out.
• By ab11: ab11 may close an account for breach of Terms, suspected fraud, non-compliance with age requirements, or any other serious reason.

After account closure, any valid balance will be returned to the member's registered payment method; however, bonuses and related winnings will be cancelled if the wagering requirement has not been met.

ab11 accepts no liability for the following:

• Temporary unavailability due to natural disasters, server outages, or internet disruptions.
• Loss resulting from a member's own negligent disclosure of login credentials.
• Delays caused by issues with third-party services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
• Financial losses from gaming — gaming involves risk and is for entertainment purposes.

ab11's maximum liability shall not exceed the principal amount deposited in the member's account under any circumstances.

All content displayed on the ab11 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — are assets protected under intellectual property law belonging to ab11 or its licensors.

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any ab11 content for commercial purposes without prior written permission is prohibited.
• Game software is the property of third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.) and is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
• ab11's brand name or logo may not be used in any advertisement or third-party content.
